About us

Actuo was founded in 1998 under the name IT Practice. In 2009 we became a part of Asseco Group and changed the name to Asseco Denmark. During the last 13 years, we have had a broad client base as we have delivered software to the insurance and pension sector while also developing solutions for sectors such as transport, IT, and the public sector.

At the end of 2022, Asseco Denmark made a strategic move to split the business and sell off large parts of the company. However, the core part of the business remained: our specialized team of industry experts as well as our unique software suite for the pension and insurance sector – now operating under the name Actuo.
